1. How long do I have to wait for delivery.
Stock cushions, bags and purses will be dispatched to you within 7 working
days of receipt of payment. It will take a little longer if
payment is by cheque to allow for cheque
clearance. If we are unable to supply you with the items ordered, we will
contact you as soon as possible and send you a full refund. For Made-to-Order
cushions, as these are made specially for you, please allow up to 28 days for
delivery.
2. Is there a
limit to the number of cushions I can order from the 'Made-to-Order' page.
As all the cushions are
individually hand-made please contact us with your requirements if you would like to order more than two cushions. If you
require more than one cushion in a specific colour we advise that you order them
all at the same time due to differences in shade lots of the cotton yarn.
3. Are the
cushions covers washable.
Yes, each cushion
has a zip so that the feather pad can be taken out and the cover washed.
Hand-wash in a mild soap used for 100% wool. Do not rub or hand ring. Dry flat.
Iron on reverse while still damp or with a damp cloth.
4.Can the bags
be washed.
Isolated spots may be
sponged off with soapy water. The whole bag may be washed by the same method as
described above. Where there is a leather trim, avoid getting this wet.
5. Do
you have a Returns Policy.
You have
a 10 day money back guarantee (excluding Postage), as long as your purchase is
returned in its original condition. Every effort is made to ensure our cushions
are represented as close to their true colour as possible in the photos,
however, any colour variation will be slight.
6.Do you have a Privacy Policy.
Your contact details will be used solely
for the purpose of processing your order and will not be passed on to any other
company.
